- How do I find records?
- Use the search on the home page by artist, title, or catalogue number. Add lines to your basket from the results, then open Basket to review and pay.
- Do I need an account?
- You can browse and build a basket as a guest (stored in this browser). Creating an account lets you keep a basket tied to your login across devices and sessions.
- How are prices calculated?
- Listed catalogue prices are adjusted for VAT and margin. Postage is added once at checkout and scales by basket size (in blocks of five line items). You always see totals before you pay.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled securely with Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
- Where do you ship?
- Shipping options and regions are confirmed at checkout. If something is unclear, contact us using the details on your order confirmation when available.
- Can I return an item?
- Consumer rights depend on your location and the type of goods. If you need to return or report a problem, use the contact route provided with your order or reach out through the same channel you used to buy.
