- How do I find records?
- Use the search on the home page by artist, title, or catalogue number. Add lines to your basket from the results, then open Basket to review and pay.
- Do I need an account?
- You can browse and build a basket as a guest (stored in this browser). Creating an account lets you keep a basket tied to your login across devices and sessions.
- How are prices calculated?
- Listed catalogue prices are adjusted for VAT and margin. After you enter a shipping address, Stripe Checkout adds postage: domestic UK tiers by basket blocks of five lines, Europe £14, and elsewhere £19.99 on the default setup. You confirm the total before paying.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled securely with Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
- Where do you ship?
- Choose your shipping country inside Stripe checkout. If your destination is not listed, contact us and we will see what we can arrange.
- Can I return an item?
- Consumer rights depend on your location and the type of goods. If you need to return or report a problem, use the contact route provided with your order or reach out through the same channel you used to buy.
